Brianna Barron is a teaching artist from Ontario, California. She had a passion for the arts at a young age, playing classical music, taking acting classes, cheer and dance. When she was in high school, Brianna was asked to be a teaching assistant and loved the experience of sharing her love for dance with others. This experience led her to pursue a dance and teaching career.
As a full time student in college, Brianna taught weekly dance workshops and performed on her college dance & song team. In 2012 she received her BA in Dance from Loyola Marymount University then pursued a Mat Pilates Certification at BASI Pilates in 2016. She has trained under dance educators such as Sofia Carreras, Denise Leitner, Chad Michael Hall, Paige Porter, Patrick Damon Rago, Scott Heinzinger and Holly Johnston. Following graduation, she began teaching classes, private lessons & workshops between Los Angeles & the Inland Empire.
Brianna collectively has 15 years of teaching experience, working with students as young as 2 - adults. Her experience includes working in several settings such as studios, non-profit organizations, elementary schools, high schools, universities and private institutions. As RKDC's Education Director, Brianna oversees all classes, instructors, and programming. In partnership with Regina Klenjoski, she also produces the Kids Shows in both the Fall and Winter Sessions. Brianna strives to ensure all students receive a studio quality dance education taught by skilled professionals who care about their students and love what they do.
