Online Fitness for Adults

June 1 - June 27 (4 weeks)

Keep moving with us from home! Students will join live classes that are 45 minutes, once per week starting June 1.  Each student will also receive access to a library of pre-recorded barre fitness and yogalates classes. For class, students may use a chair or countertop a mat is recommended.  Let's move!

Barre Pilates

Saturday | 10:00am-10:45a

This class focuses on building core and body strength through a series of ballet barre technique combine with low impact pilates mat exercises. Taught by Jenn Cole.



What You Get

  • 1 live Barre Pilates class each week starting June 1 

  • 1-month access to a library of pre-recorded classes in Barre Fitness and Yogalates.

What You Need

  • A phone, tablet or computer with access to internet/Wi-fi

  • A safe space to move such as a living room, kitchen, garage, etc.

How To Access 

  • Download the BAND app (compatible with all devices)

  • When you register, you will receive an "invite" to your class folder where videos will be accessible from May 4 - May 30.
