Keep moving with us from home! Students will join live classes that are 45 minutes, once per week starting August 3. Each student will also receive access to a library of pre-recorded barre fitness and yogalates classes. For class, students may use a chair or countertop a mat is recommended. Let's move!

What You Get

What You Need
A phone, tablet or computer with access to internet/Wi-fi
A safe space to move such as a living room, kitchen, garage, etc.

When you register, you will receive an "invite" to your class folder where videos will be accessible from October 3.
